Exotik Reisen LLP – Specialist in Inbound India Tours & Safaris

Welcome to Exotik Reisen LLP. To ensure a smooth and transparent booking process for our clients visiting India, we request you to review the following travel policies before confirming your tour or safari package with us.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking, we require:

  • 50% advance payment at the time of booking confirmation.
  • Remaining 50% to be paid no later than 15 days before your arrival in India.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, international remittance, or approved digital payment gateways. All payments must be received in full and on time to avoid cancellation or delay in confirming services.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your trip, please notify us in writing. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Cancellation made 30 days or more before arrival in India:
    • 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
    • 75% of the payment will be refunded.
  • Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, including no-show or last-minute changes:
    • No refunds will be issued.
    • No amendments are allowed during this period.

Please note that any non-refundable hotel, airline, or safari permit fees already paid to third-party providers cannot be recovered or refunded.

Passport and Visa Requirements

All travelers to India must hold:

  • A valid passport (minimum 6 months validity from date of entry)
  • A valid Indian visa (e-Visa or other approved types)

Obtaining the visa is the client’s responsibility. We recommend applying well in advance to avoid delays.

Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)

We strongly advise all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, evacuation, and baggage loss. Exotik Reisen LLP is not liable for any costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances such as delays, illness, accidents, or natural events.

Health and Vaccinations

While no vaccines are mandatory (except Yellow Fever for some countries), we recommend consulting your travel health provider for advice on:

  • Hepatitis A & B
  • Typhoid
  • Tetanus
  • Malaria prevention (especially for safari or rural areas)
