Important Notes
Welcome to Delhi, India’s storied capital where ancient empires meet modern ambition. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel. Take the day to relax, or begin exploring the vibrant lanes of Connaught Place or the boutiques of Khan Market. Soak in the first impressions of India’s spirited energy and prepare for the adventure ahead.
Overnight in Delhi.
Awake to a city humming with history. Your exploration begins at the imposing Red Fort, followed by the splendid Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque. Wander through Chandni Chowk’s narrow alleys in a rickshaw, where spice bazaars and silken saris create a living museum. Pay homage at Raj Ghat, Gandhi’s serene memorial, then continue to the intricate stonework of Qutub Minar and the garden tomb of Humayun—a precursor to the Taj Mahal. Drive past India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhavan before heading to Agra via the Yamuna Expressway.
Overnight in Agra.
Rise early for a moment that will linger in your memory—the Taj Mahal bathed in the first golden rays of sunlight. After breakfast, explore the massive Agra Fort, where emperors once ruled with grandeur. Depart for Jaipur, stopping en route at the hauntingly beautiful Fatehpur Sikri, once the Mughal capital, now a ghost city of sandstone domes, royal pavilions, and mystic shrines. Arrive in Jaipur, the Pink City, where royal heritage lives on in every pink-painted facade.
Overnight in Jaipur.
This morning, ascend to the majestic Amber Fort, whose ornate halls and mirror palaces overlook Maota Lake. At the foot of the Aravallis, you’ll marvel at the royal splendor of the City Palace, a sprawling complex of courtyards and museums. Nearby, the Jantar Mantar reveals the scientific prowess of India’s past with massive sundials and astronomical instruments. Snap photos at the Hawa Mahal, a honeycomb of latticed windows once used by royal women to watch the streets below. End the day with a stroll near Jal Mahal or shop in the bustling bazaars for block prints and gemstones.
Overnight in Jaipur.
Journey through Rajasthan’s rugged interior to the fortress city of Chittorgarh. Its vast ramparts and romantic ruins whisper tales of brave queens and warrior kings. Explore Vijay Stambh, Rani Padmini’s Palace, and Kirti Stambh before continuing on to Udaipur, nestled amidst lakes and hills. Arrive by evening and settle into your lakeside retreat.
Overnight in Udaipur.
Wake to the romance of Udaipur. Tour the City Palace, Rajasthan’s largest, with its marble balconies and panoramic views. Visit Saheliyon Ki Bari, a royal garden built for princesses, and the sacred Jagdish Temple. In the evening, drift across Lake Pichola on a boat ride, gazing at the ethereal Lake Palace and island palaces shimmering in twilight.
Overnight in Udaipur.
Today’s route winds through the scenic Aravalli hills. Stop at the Ranakpur Jain Temples, renowned for their 1,444 intricately carved marble pillars, each unique. Continue to Jodhpur, the Blue City, where houses the color of the sky surround an imposing fortress.
Overnight in Jodhpur.
Stand atop Mehrangarh Fort, one of India’s greatest, surveying the indigo sea of Jodhpur below. The fort’s museum brims with royal artifacts and palanquins. Visit the luminous Jaswant Thada, a marble cenotaph echoing with silence. End your tour at the opulent Umaid Bhawan Palace, part-museum, part-royal residence. Evening invites you to explore the buzzing Sardar Market under the old clock tower.
Overnight in Jodhpur.
Drive deeper into the desert to Jaisalmer, where golden sandstone buildings rise like mirages. After check-in, explore the local bazaars or enjoy sunset views from the Bada Bagh cenotaphs.
Overnight in Jaisalmer.
Explore the living Jaisalmer Fort, still inhabited and lined with homes, shops, and temples. Discover the grandeur of Patwon Ki Haveli, a cluster of elaborately carved mansions. Wander around Gadisar Lake, framed by temples and pavilions. In the afternoon, head to the Sam Sand Dunes. Ride a camel into the desert, watch the sun melt into the sands, and dine under a sky thick with stars as Rajasthani folk music fills the air.
Overnight in Jaisalmer.
Leave the desert dunes for Bikaner, another princely gem. Visit the resplendent Junagarh Fort, a treasure trove of royal courts and ornate balconies. Later, visit the Camel Breeding Centre to learn about Rajasthan’s famed desert companion.
Overnight in Bikaner.
Continue to Mandawa, the heart of the Shekhawati region, famed for its painted mansions. Explore Mandawa Havelis, where 18th- and 19th-century frescoes tell stories of gods, traders, and British officers. Walk through timeworn lanes and absorb the old-world charm of this open-air art gallery.
Overnight in Mandawa.
After breakfast, drive back to Delhi. The rest of the day is yours—shop for last-minute souvenirs, enjoy street food at Connaught Place, or revisit your favorite site.
Overnight in Delhi.
Your unforgettable odyssey comes to a close. After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your onward flight, carrying memories of sandstone forts, royal tales, desert nights, and warm Rajasthani hospitality.

Amazing experience of the Taj Mahal - The views were amazing even though we were disappointed that it was cloudy so we couldn’t view the sunset or the sunrise so maybe check your weather report before you... read more book. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and took the best pictures. My husband and I were very happy we booked the tour and would definitely recommend to others . Best way to see and learn about the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Baby Taj. However, be careful with the photographers in the Taj. The pictures taken of us were bad and we had to part with a 100USD. Other than this than left a sour taste, the tour itself and guide were first class ! Ek Number !
