Your family adventure begins at Noi Bai Airport, where a private chauffeur will meet you for a smooth transfer to your hotel. Whether you choose the centrally located The Lapis Hotel or the resort-style Melia Hanoi, the afternoon is yours for a gentle exploration of the Old Quarter. End the evening with a vibrant Water Puppet Show, featuring wooden characters "dancing" on water to traditional music—a perfect introduction to Vietnamese culture for young travelers.
Enjoy a relaxed morning tour of the city’s landmarks. Visit the Temple of Literature with its spacious courtyards, ideal for children to walk through. After a family-style lunch, visit the serene West Lake district or the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology, which features outdoor traditional houses that kids can explore. Spend the evening at leisure, perhaps enjoying a stroll around the car-free zones of Hoan Kiem Lake.
Travel through the countryside to Halong Bay and board your selected family-friendly cruise (Cozy Bay or Paradise Cruise). These vessels offer safety-conscious layouts and activities like kayaking in shallow lagoons or visiting "Monkey Island." Enjoy a buffet lunch as the ship sails past limestone towers. After an afternoon of exploring caves or beach play, the whole family can join a spring-roll making class on the sun deck before an overnight stay on the water.
Wake up to a sunrise Tai Chi session or a final swim before a brunch cruise back to the harbor. A private transfer will take you to the airport for a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Check into your hotel—such as the centrally located Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint or the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers—and enjoy a quiet first evening in the southern metropolis.
Spend the morning on a kid-friendly orientation tour, visiting the Central Post Office and the War Remnants Museum (with a curated path for families). In the afternoon, head to the Dam Sen Cultural Park or Suoi Tien Theme Park, where water slides, cultural exhibits, and interactive rides provide a full day of excitement. Alternatively, explore the lush greenery of the City Zoo and Botanical Gardens.
This day is yours to customize. You may choose to take an optional half-day trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels to explore the historic underground network, or stay in the city for a shopping spree at Ben Thanh Market. For a more relaxed pace, enjoy the hotel pool or visit a modern mall like Takashimaya, which offers plenty of dining and entertainment options for the kids before your final night in Vietnam.
Enjoy a final tropical breakfast together and a last walk through the city’s vibrant streets. Depending on your flight schedule, you can fit in some last-minute souvenir shopping for local crafts or coffee. Your private chauffeur will provide a seamless transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your journey home, completing a family holiday filled with culture, nature, and fun.
Amazing experience of the Taj Mahal - The views were amazing even though we were disappointed that it was cloudy so we couldn’t view the sunset or the sunrise so maybe check your weather report before you... read more book. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and took the best pictures. My husband and I were very happy we booked the tour and would definitely recommend to others . Best way to see and learn about the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Baby Taj. However, be careful with the photographers in the Taj. The pictures taken of us were bad and we had to part with a 100USD. Other than this than left a sour taste, the tour itself and guide were first class ! Ek Number !
